Paul Pursell is a Veteran Commercial Real Estate Broker in the industry having joined Marcus & Millichap in May of 2007 then associating with Colliers International in 2014, KW Commercial in 2016 and now forming US Commercial Real Estate Advisors in 2022. Paul has helped his clients increase their wealth through advisory services including acquisitions and dispositions of over $250 Million across property types. Paul’s largest transaction to date was $56.7 Million, and his
smallest transaction was $175,000.
Paul has a proven track record of closing difficult transactions and has the ability to move capital across state lines. He has qualified and closed transactions with local buyers as well as buyers both nationally and internationally. Paul drives value to each listing transaction by understanding the intricacies of each property, using appropriate underwriting, and by maximizing the properties exposure on a national, local and international level. Edward is an experienced commercial broker specializing in retail and multifamily investment properties. He began his commercial real estate career at KW Commercial in 2013. He also served as a project manager at the CA Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority, and at Wells Fargo Bank.
Edward is fluent in Spanish and proficient in German. He is an avid cyclist, runner and traveler. He and his wife Lynn love cycling and kayaking along the American River and skiing at Tahoe with their two wonderful children.

Carlee Pursell is the wife of the owner Paul Pursell. Carlee and Paul have been married for 25 years and have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She along with her husband have owned several successful businesses together. Carlee has a background in the medical field having worked in the ER as a Medical Assistant, a CT Tech, and a Home Health Aide for several years.
Carlee received her Associates of Science Degree and is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She earned Phi Theta Kappa while in College and served as a Student Advocate. Carlee has a keen eye for Marketing, is very organized, and brings great attention to detail in the tasks that are placed before her.
